T3 Telecoms SA in conjunction with Blu Train has embarked on a very exciting program called U-Belong. U-Belong allows T3 Telecoms SA the ability to provide employment to the youth segment of South-Africa. Since inception of the program, T3 Telecoms SA has managed to create 300+ new jobs within the Gauteng province and due to the immense positive feedback the campaign received; we expanded all across the country.
The roll out and recruitment of individuals within these provinces, is driven by the strategic need for T3 Telecoms SA to expand its footprint and representation within tactical areas, gaining market share at the same time.
The program allows for unemployed entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 -28 to apply, and if successful and onboarded, will be provided with a NQF 2 qualification as well as an employment opportunity within the informal telecommunications landscape of South-Africa. The individual will have the opportunity to participate in the program for a duration of 12 months, during which they will earn a monthly basic income, be provided with connectivity as well as a smart device to ensure the current digital divide factor is addressed.
Upon completion of the program, if selected based on performance over the duration of the program, the individual will have an opportunity to start their own SME within the landscape.
The opportunity is massive as our country’s unemployment rate is at an all-time high. T3 Telecoms SA believes that it will be able to create in excess of 2500 new jobs by the end of 2023. Not only will this program empower and ensure passive income being generated for these individuals, but also upskill and get them ready for the next phase of possibly owning their own SME distribution businesses.
T3 Telecoms SA is very excited to contribute positively to the social and economic development of South-Africa within the informal youth sector.
U-Belong will always strive to achieve and sustain our values, no matter what situation we are facing or experiencing. We encourage all our agents and staff to keep up these high standards in order for us to grow as a telecommunications business and as a family. If you feel you match up to these values, make sure to fill in our contact page for so that we can add you to our family
